Letter from Elder Morrison

hey family
so yesterday we went on a hike and we were gone most of the day and didnt get a chance to email. i really wanted to but i have about 15 min to email right now.
i got the cds and speakers and everything. thank you so much it has really helped. and thanks for the 20 bucks and the newspaper! that is so sweet. haha the best part however was the police records that i read to the other missionaries. haha what a joke. so i put in grateful guitar and the cd doesnt work. i was pretty bummed but that is ok.
so about my week...i have had some troubles. i guess i pissed off a couple of the members by doing stuff i didnt even know was rude or whatever. i looked at my watch while one of them was talking and he was like, "Do you have to be somewhere?!" in a rather stern voice. hah. im tryin just to let it go but idk, it has been wearin on me.other than that everything is going well. we got to teach dakari, i dont remember if i told you about him. we tracted into him and now we are teaching him. sunday we met a girl named alex, and she said she knew one of the girls in our ward. we taught her the first lesson on a corner with the cars goin by, and we gave her a book of mormon. we asked if she would read from it and she said yes. she also said," and im not just saying that, i really will read it." that was really good. our work is starting to take off. we had a slow start when i was here, no one wanted to hear the gospel, but now we are increasing our teaching pool.
HOW BOUT THEM FLIPPIN BRONCO'S!!!!!!!!!i didnt get to see the game but i had our zone leaders call me as soon as they found out because they had dinner with a football fanatic. sounds like a good game. too bad we wont get that chance at number one again.
so some stickers...maybe a boise state one would be sweet. maybe somethin hockey related would be cool.
dad you got me a stamp!?!?! i am so freakin' excited! that is way cool thank you so much. you all have been way nice to me and i really appreciate it.
well, kenz, i didnt get a chance to go to the store. after our hike yesterday we had an hour left of p-day. and laundry wasnt done yet. i didnt forget, it will just be late. Happy Birthday, i hope things are going well for you.
Mom i hope you start feeling better. i wish i could help out. if there is anything i can do let me know. otherwise i will just keep truckin through here in perris.
i wish i could have seen wendy and kevin. i wish i had known they were here! oh well. im pretty sure i cant see family anyway hahah.
ok well im gunna head to district meeting. i love you all so much.i really miss everyone. please keep me in your prayers, and i will do the same. sound like a deal? hahah
