Letter from Elder Morrison

hey family. this week has been pretty slow. we've been finishing up on moving out of our old apartment, which we will spend the rest of today doing because it has to be clean for tomorrow. we met with one of our investigators this week and it was a really good appointment. we watched the restoration with her, and she said she was really excited about the book of mormon, and would come to church. she didnt come to church, but we will meet with her this week. she wanted to see general conference. hopefully she'll show up to that.
saturday we had the baptism of john o'rourke. it went really well, and was really spiritual. the confirmation was really great, and there were a ton of people in the circle. we were pretty close together. i think there were probably 10 people in the circle.
this week was really exciting for this reason:i fit back in my plaid suit!!!
i'm really excited about that.
also, i was talking to president turley and he's probably going to put me and goudie back together for my last transfer. he's going to be seeing the counselor too, and president wants us to schedule at the same time to save miles. i'm pretty excited for that.
so that's really all that has happened this week. i dont really know what else to tell you. i have not received the itinerary for my flight. the new mission secretary doesnt do it like they used to, so i havent heard anything at all. apparently 12:30 on the 21st is it.
well, i hope everything goes well in ML for those that are there, and in oakley for those that are there. which reminds me. our ward mission leader is from burley, and is going there in april. i'm going to have him take a tote of stuff there with them to oakley for me, so i have room to pack other things in my suitcases (which one is about to fall apart, might i add) it has a broken zipper in 2 places, which makes it difficult. but it should stay together for the flight.
alright, i hope everyone has a good week.
love you,
Elder Morrison

Well Elder Mackenzie, you sound a lot better this week. Hope things are going good for you. You will be going out with a bang with the baptisms you have been doing and the contacts you have made. That is great. We will be looking forward to receiving your things, well maybe you won't be sending them here, maybe your mom's family will receive them. Anyway, whatever you decide. Take care and congratulations on your weight loss. Good job. We love you so much, take good care of yourself. Love grandma and grandpa
